Open on Monday:
-Nagoya Castle
-Atsuta Shrine
-SCMaglev Railway Museum
Not far away in Inuyama, Inuyama Castle, Urakuen Garden, Little World are all open on Mondays.
Toyokawa Inari in Toyokawa is an impressive shrine that is always open.
Going further out to Ise down south, you can visit Ise Shrine (Naiku and Geku), Okage Yokocho, and Meoto Iwa.
