Indian food place? Do you mean restaurant or mess?
Nope there is no mess or home cooked food, best option would be restaurant. Many also do cheap and quick take home bento but the food is way too off then home cooked food

Here are some recommendations for Indian and other South Asian restaurants in Tokyo: http://bento.com/r-indian.html
(Gurgaon, Dharmasagara, Khyber and Dhaba are my favorites, and Erick South for budget Indian.)

And just a few for Osaka: http://bento.com/kansai/kc-cuisineindex-os.html#southasian

And a few for Kyoto: http://bento.com/kansai/kc-cuisineindex-ky.html#southasian
(Kerala is my favorite in Kyoto)

For the Tokyo area

I higly recommed Ali Siddique if you are in Asakusa. They make the naan fresh on the spot.

There's a pretty decent one on the 31st floor of the Hankyu Grand Building in Umeda (Osaka). Relatively cheap too, about 1000 yen give or take for each person.
