I have 11 hours stay in Narita Airport Japan. I want to see nearby places meanwhile. What should I do for that?

You don't give your nationality - so it's impossible to say if you'd need a tourist visa or not. For most developed countries though, you simply get a landing permit if you choose to leave the airport. If your air ticket doesn't have it factored in ahead of time though, you may have to pay a tax when you return, since you wouldn't be just a transit passenger anymore. Eleven hours is a fair chunk of time. The fastest you can get into Tokyo is about 40 minutes each way on the Keisei Skyliner, or the cheapest is the 1000 yen bus. http://accessnarita.jp/en/home/You should be at the airport a couple hours before your flight. Your choice is to go all the way into Tokyo, and if that's your choice you can look up tons of places to see on this site. Or if you just want to see the Narita area, you could do that too. Hi Ken. How about a Philippine passport traveling from Mexico via Tokyo to Bangkok? Is it possible for me to get a shore visa for 2.5 days? Thank you.
