Hi,
I already have Icoca card from my previous visit. it may still have some value in it, I don't remember.
My next visit will not include Kyoto or Osaka, but I will visit Nagoya and Tokyo.
My questions are:
Can I get a refund at the JR office in Nagoya and can I use it in Nagoya?
If not, can I use it in Tokyo? I think I have read that I will be able to use it, recharge it but not get a refund. Am I right?
