Hi, understand that the easiest way to get to the Park is to take Chuo bus no. 69 or 79 from Kanjo Dori Higashi Station. Are these Chuo buses like local buses whereby we don't have to make reservations and can pay by Kitaca/Sapica?
And what are the buses available at the park to get back to the city centre?

Are these Chuo buses like local busesThey are not like local buses. They ARE local buses. Regular city buses. Payment is possible with Kitaca/Sapica/Suica/etc. And what are the buses available at the park to get back to the city centre?Number 69 or 79 back to Kanjo Dori Higashi Station. City buses almost always run in both directions. Here is a map of the bus lines.
