i will sending luggage from tokyo to shin-osaka,
at shin osaka, i stay at air bnb, n the host said he cant receiving our luggage
so where can i receiving my luggage if i sent it from tokyo?

You can receive it at JP Post office or Sagawa or Kuroneko offices.
