Off the shoulder tops - woman

Hi,
This is a minor question but I wanted to know if it's ok to have bare shoulders in Tokyo/Osaka? Visiting the two cities and a lot of my tops are 'off the shoulder' or 'bardot' style which is so huge in fashion right now. Is this going to offend in Japan? Going in October so pairing with long pants or long skirt.

Nope but make sure you cover up if you plan to visit religous places or such, like temple or shrine as out of respect.
Also be prepare to be look at though ..
