Hakone Free Pass

Konichiwa,
I have just bought a 2-day Hakone Free Pass at local Japan Travel Bureau (JTB) and only found out my name printed on confirmation slip is wrong after returning to office. I called up immediately the sales staff at JTB to highlight the mistake.
The sales staff replied the free pass with the typo error still can be used to activate and exchange for free rides.
Is it true? Please advise.

Used the pass last December and can't remember anyone looking at the card. If just a simple typing error, shouldn't be any drama.
Found the pass to be great value. Enjoy.

The passes are just a ticket and don't have names on them - so I find your question confusing. Did you buy a voucher or something?
