21/4 Arrive Narita 530pm, take Keisei Skyliner with 24hour Tokyo pass to Ueno

22/4 Stay Ueno – visit skytree, aquarium, Nakamise Street, Sensoj

23/4 Ueno to Hakone – take subway to Tokyo Station, buy shinkansen ticket to Odawara Station, buy 3day Fuji Hakone Pass, take Hakone Tozan Railway to Hakone Yumoto

Is all above alright? Please advise

24/4 Stay Hakone - Hakone Loop whole day

25/4 Hakone to Kawaguchiko – From Hakone Yumoto Station take Hakone Tozan Bus to Gotemba then take Fujikyu Bus to Kawaguchiko station? Is this the correct? Do I need to make reservations or just buy tickets from stations?

26/4 Kawaguchiko – Where and what pass should I buy for 2 days here in Fuji Five Lakes? Intent visit to Kachi kachi Ropeway, Music Forest & Fuji Shiba Sakura Festival.

27/4 Kawaguchiko to Tokyo – from Kawaguchiko Station to Tokyo Station – Should I take the railway or highway bus ? Do I need to make reservations ?

28/4 to 30/4 Tokyo – besides Tsukiji Fish Market and Shibuya crossing, do not have any plans yet.

1 May – fly home from Narita

On the 23rd, you probably have 60-90 minutes of travel.

On the 27th, you probably have 120-150 minutes of travel.

You can probably do a few more things on these days if you want.
