hi, i arrive at Narita airport on sunday 17h30. i am planning to buy a suica ic card and use it to go by train to my hotel at Asakusa. are there any selling cards points open on sundays or i just have to buy it on a machine? (i do not understand japanese language).

Yes, they are open everyday of the year.

Yes, just buy it at the machine. They are bilingual.

Buy at "JR" ticket vending machine touch "English" button first.

Also same functions card "PASMO" exist. (at Keisei ticket vending machine).
Both machines placed in B1 floor of T1/T2 No T3.

Suica card provider is JR-East.(calling "JR" enough)
