Highschool and hair dye

Hi! I have a question that's been bothering me for a long time. Are there highschools in Japan that let their students dye their hair?and in Tokyo? If the answer is yes then please,may i have the school's name? know there is at least one because of a famous japanese viner. :)

Yes, there is a great number of them, but school regulations change from time to time.

Tokyo Metropolitan Kitazono High School(Toritsu Kitazono) allows you to do hair dying, make up while it is not an extraordinary(ie, gold and pinky colors, afro textured hair are not accepted).
Kitazono high school has no formal school uniform, all students can wear mufti in terms of student standards.
