Hello there,
I will be visiting Nishinomaru Garden in Osaka Castle in early April 2017. I gathered info from this site. Am I right in understanding that the entrance fee is Y350 regardless of entry time between 9am to 9pm?

350Y is when you go during the evening after regular hours
