Unfortunately, it seems that you cannot purchase the ticket on line.

Takayama Bus Terminal
The tourist information desk next to Johana Station
The bus ticket counter at Takaoka Station

I don't have further information. But I found following WEB. You might get useful information on this WEB. According to this WEB site, it seems that you can go to Shirakawa-go from Kanazawa by bus. Please check 'Welcome' - 'How to get to Shirakawa-go'. http://ml.shirakawa-go.org/en/
