See this web page. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DaikokutenIn Japan, many shops of whatever kind, and districts of many cities and towns, called "Daikoku". In general, this name has been used hoping prosperity of their activities. I don't know what Daikokuya you mention, the naming may be inspired by this tradition.

Is it with Orange shop signs? It's discount ticket shop for trains, concert, postcard etc. ĺ-Daikoku means God of prosperity in short.
