Aichi Loop Line - IC Card

Hello!

I'm trying to find an answer to the following question: can I use an IC Card on the Aichi Loop Line?

I will be traveling from Nagoya to Mikawa Toyota, changing to Aichi Loop Line in Okazaki. From what I've found so far: "In Okazaki you will have to purchase tickets of Aichi Loop Line outside the station" and "You will have to exit the station through a gate, purchase tickets of Aichi Loop Line and enter the station through the same gate".

That means that several minutes are not enough for the transfer. Using an IC card could save time.

The last time I checked (about two months ago), IC cards were not accepted on the Aichi Loop Line.
