Lake Toya late taxi

Hi! I'm going to stay in Sapporo from April 26th to the 30th, and I'm planning a daytrip to Noboribetsu and Lake Toya on the 28th.
My plan is to get up early and visit Noboribetsu in the morning, then go to Lake Toya to have lunch and spend the afternoon.
I checked the bus schedule and the last one from Toyako Onsen to the station is at 19:30. The thing is that I really want to see the fireworks! do you think I might be able to catch a Taxi to the station at around 21? The last train to Sapporo leaves at 21:47 so I guess I'll be on time, but I don't know if there are any taxi services in Toyako Onsen.
