snow kids near shinkasen station (from tokyo)

We have plan to go to Hokaido on 07 Dec 2017. We want to play snow(kids), if we ride Shinkasen from Tokyo what snow area(prefer near hotel) is the most easy/near to go? I already search in internet but not found yet.
