naming a song? 2017/2/26 09:24
Hi,
ok, I play the Dobro, and this Japanese man who is a great player on a YT channel, inspired me to play the instrument. I want to honour him with a tune I wrote and call it ________ song
would I need to title the song, as Mr.______'s song?(preferable since it works well and is not awkward to pronounce)
or would I need to use _________ san Song?
thx

If you are asking whether you should title it, for example,

Suzuki Song
Mr. Suzuki Song
or
Suzuki-san Song

they're all okay. Why not just call it the way you always call that person. For example, if you always approach him saying "Hello, Suzuki!" just call it "Suzuki Song".
