4 day within my itinerary

I plan to visit Japan in December from 6th -16th, with 4 days side trip, here is where i'm spolled for choices.
any suggestion regarding the following.
korean in Myengdong
Osaka
Tokyo
Whiles visiting these places I prefer to visit aquariums and places that are similar to Akihabara, Nakano or Ameyoko.
If I stay within tokyo, I plan to visit nearby towns and cities, whiles in Tokyo, the usual places that I have visited and will visit in december will be Akihabara, Nakano, Ameyoko, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Asakusa and Ikebukuro.
