Hi, would I have a chance to see cherry blossoms in mid march? I would be in Kyoto and Tokyo from 11-19 march.

Hello.
Unfortunately,you will can't see cherr blossomes.
If you want see this,you should go late for Japan.
Because Cherry blossome bloom forecast is end of march.
In Tokyo,about 25.
In Kyoto.about 30.
This said in TV of Japan.

There are some early blooming varieties that you might be able to see. For the most part though, you will be too early for the man blooms in Tokyo or Osaka; to see them around that time you would need to travel south to Kyushu.
