We would like to see the Firefly Squid in Toyama Bay in april.
I had contact with a touroperator and they told me very last minute that the tour is not going anymore.
Does anyone know where we can book a tour for going there?

Impossible. http://namerikawa-kankou.jp/hotaruika/Main reason is no flat sea conditions(wave and wind both) for tour boats safety. So exact safe days not enough in last 2016 seasons.(about half days canceled by sea conditions) Fisherman Unions said "No!" against tourism side offered too much requests at tour planning meeting already.
