14 days Hokkiado Autumn road trip, 1st timer

I am planning to travel to Hokkiado this Autumn from later September to early October and have 14 full days. Can I have a recommendation on must visit places for 1st timer in Hokkiado during Autumn? Only 2 pax travelling.
I have this places in mind but is not sure if I can cover it all:
Tomamu
Obihiro
Kushiro
Lake Akan
Abashiri
Sounkyo
Asahikawa
Noribetsu
Lake Toya
Hakodate
For road trip, which place should I start with?
Appreciate for your recommendation :)

It would be nice if the travelling period can start from mid Oct to late Oct for enjoying autumn foliage. Apart from Eastern Hokkaido work yourself down south from Asahikawa to Hakodate and take in koyo along the way in places like Sounkyo, Jozankei, Houheikyou Dam, Niseko, Shikotsu-ko, Noboribetsu, Onuma Quasi National Park, etc.
