JR bus to Oirase Stream and Lake Towada

hello, i go to aomori in mid april and would like to go to lake towada.
however, i found that the buses just start at "mid april", but not sure on which date.
1/i will be in the 16 of april. do someone know if there will be buses?
2/ the company of the buses is JR - do you know if i have the jr pass is it include? or maybe is it include in the jr tohoku pass?
3/ where can i find timetable of the buses?

THANKS,( before it opened something in japanese)...
were does it tell if is it included in the jr pass?
there is not a timetable here also...
do you know if these are the dates for 2017?
