Hi, I'd just like to check, if stuck overnight at Shin-Hakodate Hokuto Jr station, are there any nearby areas to stay overnight with 24 hour check in time? If not, are there any bars or such hangouts that we can visit for the night?

Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto station is is a relatively remote area. Go to Hakodate station in central Hakodate city.
