Tax refund POA (ininjo) to friend, problem?

I will have moved abroad when my tax refund is paid to me (about 1 million yen) next year.
If a friend paid me that amount, and then I arrange a Power of Attorney to have the refund paid into the friend's bank account, would that cause him problems with tax liabilities?

it does not work like you think. you choose your friend as your agent. your friend has 100% responsible for your tax filing.

No. I will file, myself.
Friend will only receive the payment, which will be made after I will have left the country.

are you 100% sure that they will pay you 1million yen?. dont let money create problem between you and your friend.
you may give your access to your account .
before payment ; they will send notification of amount they will pay ,to your post box..

I'm only seeking an answer to my question, not relationships counselling.
I know the (regular) system, just not this part.
Yes, 1m.
Yes, I know they'll send me payment card.
