Here is the link (in English) to the Japan Braille Library. http://www.nittento.or.jp/sale/handling.htmlI don't know a lot of the Braille system. I don't think, either, Japanese Braille books are selled on a commercial basis. However, in the first place, I would like to ask you, whether you have a certain level of Japanese language? If you don't, you can't access the library information itself, and you can't read Japanese Braille books, either, because Japanese Braille books are of course written in Japanese Braille system, which represents basically hiragana and preposed auxiliary dots permitting you to understand what follows are voiced consonants, numbers, the Latin characters (the alphabet), etc. For a basic Japanese Braille system knoledge, see this page of Wikipedia. https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/点字 I will expect others' help and information.

The Tokyo Helen Keller Association is probably the biggest when it comes to selling Japanese Braille books, as well as audio books. I'm not sure if they ship overseas, but perhaps you can write to them and ask. http://www.thka.jp/access/index.htmlPlease also note that Braille differs from language to language.
