Kawachi Fujien Garden April 2017

Hello. We are wondering if the Kawachi Garden will be open April 20th & 21st, 2017? Are advance tickets required for these dates?
Initially, we were hoping to visit the garden April 22, 2017 which to our understanding requires advance tickets. These advance tickets will go on sale in Japan in the convenience stores starting March 15. However, we are tourists and will not be in Japan during that time to purchase our tickets. We have also contacted our hotel who advised they are unable to help. If anyone has any suggestions on how we might try to obtain advance tickets, please feel free to let us know, it would be appreciated. Thank you.

The garden is open from middle April to middle May for fuji view (8: 00 - 18: 00).
So you can go on 20th or 21st without advance ticket purchase. As long as traffic and weather conditions are appropriate.
Anyway I experienced that for the best view the beginning of May is better.
