I found and bought a glass wind chime in Hakone las January. I'd like to know where I can buy more in Fukuoka City. Thanks!

Fuurin wind chimes in Japan are associated with summer season, so you are not likely to find them in stores until the weather gets warmer. You can find cheap mass produced variety (still made of glass) probably at 100-yen shops. If you want a hand crafted more refined variety, try Tokyu Hands Department Store at Hakata Station. They setup a special fuurin department usually in mid-June.
