Shibazakura and Hitachi seaside park

Good morning.

I can't made decision whether go to Shibazakura or Hitachi seaside park.
Can anyone advise me which place should i go? I will be in Tokyo from 17~21 April 2017.

If you can only go to one, perhaps simplify it to:
-pink flowers with mount fuji
-blue flowers with ocean

I dont know if it helps lol, but for me I like blue so I went to Hitachi.

If you are after the nemophilas (blue flowers), it could be a wee bit early.

Unsure also about the shibazakura, could also a be too early, but you have a good chance to enjoy the mt Fuji and visit the lovely Kawaguchiko.
