I was planning to visit the gardens on 7 or 8 April 2017. Are the gardens open for visiting during this time? Am I too early? Will it not be worth going?
If I want to buy advance tickets via the convenience store machines, is it possible to get help from the staff? Because I don't read Japanese.

Mid-April is when they open for the season, their website says. Unfortunately you might be a bit too early.
