Osaka- Mt Fuji/Lake Asahi - Tokyo?

We are a group of people that will be staying in Osaka for 4days.
On the 5th day, we plan to go to Tokyo but we wanted to visit Mt Fuji & Cruise along Lake Asahi first before going to Tokyo. This is to save time & money.

Is there any availble land tour arrangement that can cater our planned route?

Lake Asahi?
Did you mean Lake Ashi (Ashinoko)? If so, that lake is in Hakone area from where you can view Mt. Fuji.
To get there from Osaka on the way to Tokyo, you can get off at Odawara station on Shinkansen bullet train. Take local transportations from Odawara to Lake Ashi, take a cruise on the lake. Southshore of the lake is a popular destination to view Mt Fuji.
