I want to buy a optical fiber fusion splicer machine to work with optical fiber LAN connection. I want a good quality in cheaper price fusion machine which is made by Japanese company.
Could anyone please tell me which shop sells this machine in Akihabara and its location?

I don't think most of us on this forum would know what an optical fusion splicer is in Japanese, let alone what it is in English. Lol. With that said, I did some searching out of curiosity. Sumitomo, Fujikura, and Furukawa are some Japanese companies that make these. Looking at the Japanese sites for these companies, I found that it is called a 融着接続機 or yoochakusetsuzokuki. The shops in Akihabara that I was able to find are: Aisan http://www.aisan.co.jp/access2.htmlKeisokuki-Land http://www.keisokuki-land.co.jp/resale/index.php?main_page=infoI hope this helps.
