Hello Hansey,
I don't know where you are located in Japan, but if you did a search "ADA Shop Tokyo" for example, shop lists will be shown. Sorry it'll be mostly in Japanese. Some shopping malls with Pet Shops/Aquarium shops might have a selection of Aquascape tools, but it varies. You can also find a stand alone shop as well.
I believe Yodobashi might not carry them, because they don't have a pet section. In Osaka, some Aeon shopping malls have Aquarium shops and the Expocity shopping mall has a nice selction. If you wanted to find places around Osaka, I can send you some links to the stores that I have been to.
Hope this helps you a little.

The last time I went looking for aquarium shop, it was in Shinjuku, they actually charge a entrance fee, is this normal.
Also what are the range like compare to asian countries like hong kong.
This place looks good, i will add this to list.

I've never heard aquarium shops charge entrance fees at the door. The majority of wholesale stores do not allow non-commercial buyers to enter inside, you might visit one of those wholesale store .... I'm not sure. Aquarium exhibitions do charge at the door.
