Where can I buy the frosted window film?

Since there isn't any curtain rack around my room windows, I'm looking for a frosted sticker film to paste it on the windows. I'm not sure if the locals actually use this in their houses, but I'm looking for one. If anyone has ever used, could you please share with me the shop that you bought it from.

I bought this product a couple of years ago to take back to my home country. I think it was a Unidy in Urayasu area, but there are quite a few Unidy's around or even a large DIY will have it, I'm sure.
