Keio GIGA or Waseda SILS?

I got accepted to both programs but out of curiosity which one do you think will be better?

I have got a good reputation on Keio SFC. It seems Waseda has not caught up with Keio after the advent of SFC. Waseda is in the central Tokyo. It might be hard for students to concentrate on studies in such circumstances. On the contrary, they might try their best to make Waseda SILS better than Keio GIGA.
