Does Kumamoto loop bus cover all my places?

I have been planning to visit Kumamoto next month. However, i have a couple questions about visiting Kumamoto.
1. My plan to visit Kumamoto includes Kumamoto Castle, Sakura no baba josuien, and Suizenji garden. Is it possible to go to all places within a couple of hours?
2. Does Kumamoto Castle loop bus cover all these three places?
