Setsubun doubt – Yes or not in my plan?

Hi guys,
I have a simple question for us.
I will be several days in Tokyo at the end of January / start of February.
My plan is:
Day 1 (TUE): Shinjuku / Meiji Shrine / Shibuya Day 2 (WED): Asakusa / Tokyo Skytree / Akihabara + Tokyo Tower (evening and night) Day 3 (THU): Imperial Palace (with inside tour) / Tokyo Station / International Forum / Ginza Day 4 (FRI): Tsukiji Market + Odaiba Day 5 (SAT): Ueno Park / Tokyo National Museum / Yanaka Day 6 (SUN): Kamakura / Enoshima / Yokohama day trip
The problem/doubt is: Day 5 is February 3, and is Setsubun.
I researched and from what I saw the ceremony at Sensoji is at 12pm and 2pm. But I think if I stay to witness them, even at noon, I will have little time with sunlight for Ueno and, more importantly, Yanaka.
How interesting is the Setsubun ceremony?
Another possibility is to do everything Asakusa that fifth day ... But I think the experience of seeing the temple will be worse, since I imagine it will be full of tourists (Saturday and Setsobun!)... In addition, I see that day as one of the most interesting of the trip and I do not want to wait so long to know the Sensoji :)
Any suggestion?
Thanks a lot for your help!

The schedule on a Setsubun day at Sensoji is something like below. 10:00 Beans throwings by pupils in Sensoji Kindergarten 11:30 Parade from Denboin (1) 12:00 Beans throwings by Sensoji staffs and toshi-otokos (1) 13:30 Parade from Denboin (2) 14:00 Beans throwings by Sensoji staffs and toshi-otokos (2) 14:30 Dance display by Shichifukujin 16:00 Beans throwings by Celebrities (1) 16:20 Beans throwings by Celebrities (2) 16:40 Beans throwings by Celebrities (3) 17:00 Beans throwings by Celebrities (4) It is a full day event and the last parts are regarded as a climax, though traditional ones in the early afternoon. The followings could explain those in movies. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0S7l2YIn9LI0:28 Beans throwings by Sensoji staffs and toshi-otokos 1:14 Dance display by Shichifukujin 3:38 Beans throwings by Celebrities https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=olNPM_pKzXkhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmaCPNJFc5g

Thanks Luisjp for the detailed answer. This is that I need.
I think I'll stick with the original plan. I understand it is an important celebration, but it may be somewhat difficult to fully appreciate by a non-Japanese.
It will be better to walk the temple on a non-festive day, without crowds.
Thanks again for your help!
