coil locker at Higashiyama-Ku

When arrives Kansai airport, it should be around 10am, appreciate someone good enough to share the best convenient and easy way to travel from Kansai Airport to Kyoto.
To save our time, we would like to put our luggage at the coil locker as home stay only allow to check in after 4pm. Can any one share is there any coil locker at Higashiyama-Ku or near by subway.
