Dog cafes in Hokkaido?

I will be visiting Hokkaido in August, and I was wondering if there were any dog cafes in the area for me to play with dogs? Are there also places where I can play with shiba inus in particular?

There seem to be many dog cafes, but most appear to be just cafes with dogs.
