Travel from Noboribetsu to Lake Toya to Otaru

We are planning a trip to Hokkaido.
Upon Reaching NewChitose Airport, we intend to head to Noboribetsu for 2 nights
Noboribetsu (2) - Lake Toya (1) - Otaru (2) - Sapporo(3) - Chitose (1)
*(x) - x is # of nights
However, we do not know what is the way to travel from point to point.
Anyone can help?

New Chitose Airport, we intend to head to Noboribetsu for 2 nights
I would firstly check with the hotel; do not be surprised if they have complimentary shuttle bus from the airport.

Thank you Uji-san,
So from JR Noboribetsu, I have to go back to Chitose Airport station transfer to Minami-Chitose Station (3 minutes) and transfer to a limited express train bound for Hakodate so that I can drop off to JR Toya station?

Unfortunately, there is no email i can contact them and website did not state. Anyway, can help?
