Visit ANA's website. http://www.ana.co.jp/asw/wws/eur/e/You can book a direct flight online, from Haneda to Miyako, 183 Euro round trip per person. As far as I know this is the cheapest only for the foreign travellers. Note that this fare is only applicable to the foreigners with temporary visitor status.

Thankyou for your answer. As I can see two cities namned Miyako - one in the north of main Island och one in The Okinawa Island. I just want to be sure to come to the right place:)

The city in Okinawa is Miyakojima city, not Miyako city. But this doesn't matter, there is only one Miyako airport, and it is the one you are looking for.
