Trout sushi and glass shrimp in Toyama 2017/4/29 14:34
I and my friends are visiting Toyama this November. Can anyone recommend places where we can eat trout sushi, firefly squid, glass shrimp, or other recommended specialties in the area? Preferably the restaurants should be relatively near Toyama station, or any stations nearby but if it's truly a must-eat, it can be a bit further out. We're aware that November isn't a season for firefly squid, but is it still possible to eat it or it can only be eaten in season?

Thanks a lot!

Trout sushi is a product. Just drop by a shop as early as an opening time (7 AM?).

A lot of the time if you stay at a local ryokan you will get the area's specialties. In fact that has been my experience pretty much invariably. That could be an option for you.
