Ifm arriving from Tokyo on a night bus to Kyoto at 6am. I was planning to go up to Kibune & Kurama and have found a pass (Kibune&Kurama 1 day ticket) that would be a good discount, especially since Ifm going to Uji later in the day.
However, I can only buy this ticket the day of use at a Keihan Station, which is a huge inconvenience since I wanted to get started early. I know stations open earlier than the shops inside/information centres/staff are posted, etc. At what time do the station employees open at Shichijō Station so I can buy this ticket?
