I am looking for a nice temple with a zen garden in kyoto that offers green tea included in the entrance fee

As you see, most of the temples take Matcha (with some sweets) fee besides the admission fee. There are some exception such as Hosenin in Ohara (Google translate says it is Hosen Azuma, I don't know why).

In Kyoto some "major" temples do not allow guests to enter their building. They should have some reasons, but I think it is a shame not to enter the building. So, entering the building (be sure to take off your shoes) and sitting and take Matcha is a very good experience.

Note that not all of them are Zen temple (Murin-an is not even a temple), but I don't think it is a problem.
