ETC Card Rental

Hi we are self driving in Eastern Hokkaido and will return the car only in Sapporo.
We have arranged to rent a car from Memanbetsu Airport but the car rental company said ETC card is not available for rental or sale at their office.
Can I know if we can Rental one from Memanbetsu Airport itself or Haneda airport?
Or how should we go abt to get hold of one?

Just some information.
Toyota allow rental cars with ETC with either cash or CC, you can also return the car to different location.
Nissan allows rental cars with ETC with CC only, and the car must be returned to the same branch/location of the rental car pickup point.
In all cases, not all loaction provides ETC cards rental, you have to check their sites for more informations.
