Ski packages in Japan 2017/6/27 19:19
Hi guys,

I will be making my 3rd visit in late December this year. I will be traveling alone and around mid-january would like to do 2 or 3 days skiing.

many agencies in Australia offer 6, 7 or more night packages but im not having much luck finding short stay ones. I know i can find accommodation, buy lift tickets, buy train tickets, ski hire etc by myself, but thought it might be cheaper if i get it as an all inclusive package? has anyone had experience doing this and if so, did it end up cheaper than doing it yourself and do you have any contacts of companies or accommodations that offer this?

nb. i will be traveling from tokyo, so maybe hakuba? yazawa? not hokaido :P not sure which fields are best?

thank you kindly
regards
ronnie

There are many agencies that treat ski packages in the season. If you could come in late December, you could just drop at some travel agencies nearby.

This is a search engine for the best-priced package. Not working now and in Japanese, though. You could ask a hotel staff for a help.

There is also a search tool for sky resorts. I prefer going to the north for powder snow; Appi and Zao. More popular sites are nearer to Tokyo; Kagura and Shiga Kogen.
