is it possible to buy Suica card when i arrive at Narita airport? or should i buy it online?

It is possible at T1/T2(regular ticket vending machine with EN button of "JR").

Also you can purchase "PASMO" at "Keisei" ticket vending machine same floor.
(JR is colored in RED, Keisei is colored in "BLUE")
