Purchase of the "enjoy eco card" in Osaka 2017/7/5 10:13
My family of five (2 adults and 3 teens) will be in Osaka in December for 2 days. We want to purchase a travel card for one days sight seeing in Osaka. There are many options on offer. Is the "enjoy eco card" a cheaper option for the same benefits as the "amazing osaka 1 day pass". We will be at USJ the next day and are staying very close by so will not need transport to get there. Later on that day we will transfer to Kyoto via shinkansen and we are planning to purchase tickets separately for that trip.
Or should we just get an ICOCA card and use it throughout our stay in Kansai?
Thanks very much for your help.

Google Map knows.
No need to take a Shinkansen to Kyoto.

ICOCA is not discounted tiket for public transportations,
but payments for shopping(convenience stores mainly) and eating easier.

Kyoto city is a basin, need measures against cold.
The probability of snow is higher than Osaka, but it rarely falls in Dec.
