Using the ICOCA & Haruka Pass from the airport, can I drop off at Dobutsuen-Mae station?

When?(date, flight arr time of KIX)

can I drop off at Dobutsuen-Mae station?
No, if take a LtdExp "Haruka" fr KIX first.
Dobutsuen-Mae stn is not belonging "JR(JR-West)".
Take a JR Rapid(not LtdExp) train fr KIX until "Osaka stn",
then take a "Hankyu(not JR)" regular train fr Hankyu Umeda stn
until "Juso" all by ICOCA charge(no discounted) easiest.

If arr flight in early time and go to Osaka city or another area(Kyoto, Nara, Kobe city and more),
