Hi,
I am travelling to Kyoto in mid Nov. I was told that the train ticket for Sagano romantic train is sold out even we try to buy 2-3 days in advance in Nov when we reach Kansai airport. Hence, I wonder any authorised travel agency in Malaysia can help to prebook/buy sagano romantic train ticket? Or anyway to get ticket from Malaysia? Thank you.

Best to check their website than rely on hearsay.
The trip can be reserved at least one day before and up to 30 in advance at most major JR West stations.
